Fastbreak Service
Outside the baggage claim area, proceed to the courtesy bus pick-up area. At the car rental facility, proceed to the Budget counter Fastbreak line/or normal line if no Fastbreak line designation/or follow directions to the Fastbreak Kiosk. Present identification and receive your rental agreement. The counter representative will provide the keys & directions to the car. FASTBREAK RETURN: Follow the airport signs for Car Rental return. You do not need to return to the counter to complete your rental. Record your mileage and fuel level on the rental agreement and drop it in the Budget Fastbreak return box. A closed rental agreement will be mailed to you within 48 hours.
General Directions
COUNTER: **Airline Passengers** Customers should proceed outside of the baggage claim area and board the common rental car company shuttle. All companies use the same shuttle. The bus will take the customer to the rental facility. **Local Renters** Drive directly to the car facility at 1805 E. Sky Harbor Circle S. CARS: Located off-site approx 2-3 miles away. **MIDNIGHT TO 6:00 AM** The main rental counter is closed. Customer should proceed to the Fastbreak booth on level 1 of the rental facility. RETURNS: Follow Car Rental Return signs. Shuttle will return customer to terminal. AFTER-HOURS RETURNS: Available. Return as directed above to 1805 E Sky Harbor Circle S. Buses run 24 hours to the terminal.
DRIVERS CIRCLE When you arrive, the manager or key representative will personally meet and escort you to your vehicle, which will be waiting curbside. Returns should be made to the designated area. VALET RETURN SERVICE: If offered, you will be told about our service as you are escorted to your car.
After-hours Returns
Park & lock the car. Place the completed contract & the keys in the Drop Box located in the Returns area. Remember to take your personal belongings with you.
